Nursing Diagnosis
This book has NANDA diagnosis in the perfect order. Unfortunately it receives only four stars because not all the diagnosis are present in the book. There have been a few left out.

Great Study Tool
This book is very helpful. I am a first year Nursing Student and this book has helped me out tremendously! It is very easy to use and gives me plenty of ideas for my careplans. The organization is much easier to understand than the other book that was required for me by my school. I love it! A real life-saver!
Great Book!
I was really struggling with Care Plans til I got this book. It is a great guide for those of us unsure with our Nursing Dx. I have used it for evey Care Plan since I received it. There is a lot of these types of book out there, but this one is the best I have seen. With all the Worries of Nursing school you need all the reliable re- sources you can get!

I am in LPN school and I love this book! It helps me fill out my clinical packets. And makes it alot easier to get the care plans done rather than get stuck on what to do. My friend had it and I wanted it but didn't want to spend sixty dollars on it. I found it the cheapest on here for 40 and I'm so excited to start using it! It's alot of help
